That time when we all feel the impact of (almost) a year`s work, deadlines and projects, we might feel tired and in need to replenish, to recharge our batteries. It will be, soon, the time when we also want to look back, reflect, decide what was good for us (and hopefully celebrate!) and what needs to change (and hopefully take the action needed 😊). For the following events we will make our best to reach both needs mentioned above.
So if you feel like some self-care practices (for yourself and people in your team/organization) will be useful, and you are curious to find out how wellbeing friendly is your organization, come join us at our wellbeing series during the following month, as part of our Wednesday Indive Bites! We will cover many relevant information, from an organizational structure that is wellbeing compatible, to concrete, every day practices for self-care.
* The following events are interdependent. We would love to have you at both (and the information put together will provide a bigger and more in-depth picture on wellbeing from both an organizational and a human perspective), but for sure you will find value by attending only one of them.
Part 1: Structural Wellbeing – Is your team and/or organization wellbeing compatible?

Together we will answer the following questions:
What are the specific conditions that need to be in place for a team and/or organization to be wellbeing compatible?
What are the most common areas where organizations fail to put in place those conditions?
What are some signs where your team/organization is doing well and what could be some red flags?
From your position in the organization/team, what can you change or try to influence? What is beyond your control and how can it be managed?
* This event is dedicated to HR/L&D professionals and people managers and considering that participants that are not Romanian speakers might join, the session will be facilitated in English.

Part 2: Self-Care Practices – What can you do to make every day a better day?

How can your emotions become a valuable thermometer for our needs, values and decisions that need to be taken?
What are some specific techniques that can be used every day in order to help ourselves feel better?
What are some relevant things for us to know, that are both applicable and rooted in science?
