Who is Lynda:
In 1998 Lynda attended an Introduction to Transactional Analysis (TA 101) workshop run by Julie Hay, and signed her training contract in 2003. She became a Certified Transactional Analyst (organizational field) in 2007, and a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst in 2013. Lynda has been running workshops at conferences throughout the world since 2004.
She runs a learning and development consultancy based in the southwest of England, which has been operating since 1991. She specialized in leadership development, and designs programs teaching the concepts of Transactional Analysis in the public, private and charity sectors.
She is currently working on a major piece of research into TA and leadership, a two year study with a large care sector company, based in England.
Thanks to her vast experience in the field of TA in organizational psychology, Lynda will be taking us through concepts from TA, the approach specific to the field but most importantly, through specific study cases that she has encountered in the companies she has worked with.
Lynda is part of an international training team offering Certificate, Diploma and MSc in Transactional Analysis, and has delivered program modules in Poland, the Ukraine and St Petersburg, in addition to the United Kingdom and conference workshops in the United States, Romania, Spain and Italy.
She is also a coach and a supervisor, working with individuals and groups in the UK, Europe and North America.

This event will be in English. If you haven’t yet registered, you can do so here.
